1. Rental must be for a minimum of one month.
2. Condominium occupancy is limited to the following maximum number of persons: Studio and one bedroom – 4 persons; 2 bedroom – 6 persons; 3 bedroom – 8 persons.
3. Overnight guests must pick up guest cards from doorperson in lobby. Cards are issued only to guests being entertained in your home. No keys will be issued to anyone unless authorized by owner or lessee.
4. Remove sand from feet and footwear before entering lobby or garage areas. NO BARE FEET OR BEACH ATTIRE IN THE LOBBY OR ELEVATORS.
5. Children must be supervised and may not play in elevators, corridors, stairwells, garages, on garage ramps or terrace areas. Bicycles and surfboards are not allowed above the garage level. Storage for bicycles is provided on garage levels.
6. No smoking, food or beverages in elevators, hallways or lobby.
7. Renters may have pets in apartments only with permission of the owner. Pets must be leashed at all times while in common areas. Pick up your pet litter.
8. Luggage and grocery carts must be returned to garage levels immediately after use and may not be removed from the building.
9. Garbage disposal and dishwasher should not be used after 10 pm.
10. Trash chutes should not be used between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Courtesy washing machines and dryers are not to be used between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
11. Articles are not to be put on the balcony railings. In the interest of safety, do not throw anything, especially cigarettes, from balcony. Please do not feed the birds! It is bad for them and for us.
12. Speed limit in garages and on garage ramps is 5 miles per hour. Follow directional arrows. Use the mirrors. Please observe for the safety of all.
13. Only passenger vehicles, motorcycles and bicycles may be parked in garages in assigned spaces only. Avoid a tow away. Parking area may not be utilized for storage or maintenance.
14. Outside parking is limited to 72 hours. Vehicles must have parking decals or guest cards. No unattended vehicle may park in red zone. Red zone is for loading and unloading only. All other vehicles will be towed.
15. Please familiarize yourself with Emergency Regulations (Owners please post in plain sight). Request extra copies at the front desk.
16. Barbecue facilities are available at three of the pool areas. Barbecues may not be used on your balcony or terrace if your neighbors object. Use only electric charcoal lighters.
The Board of Directors of Coronado Shores Condominium Association #1, effective June 1, 1996, has adopted these rules for all residents of Cabrillo Tower. This is our home. Please treat it accordingly. Thank you for your cooperation.
